RETURN POLICYGamevice allows you 14 days to return and exchange an item from the date you received it.
The item must be returned in factory mint condition, in its original packaging with the instruction manual, stickers, and postcards that were included when you received it.
Only products directly purchased from Gamevice, can be returned to Gamevice. Gamevice products purchased through any other retailers must be returned in accordance with that retailer's respective returns policy.

How To Return An Item

Send an email to orders@gamevice.com
requesting a return including the order number and the reason for the return request.
- After you request a return, our team will review your request and then if approved you will be sent a pre-paid return label and return confirmation form. Include your return confirmation form with your return.
